2025年11月21日，子公司潤邦海洋為德國船東ESSBERGER建造的13000DWT雙相不銹鋼化學品船在啟東隆重舉行開工儀式。船東Patricia von Rantzau女士、Caroline von Rantzau女士、ESSBERGER總經理Johan Isaksen，Link Marine負責人Safa Ismail、Preben Rasmussen，DNV船級社南通區總經理葛宜龍，潤邦股份總裁吳建，潤邦海洋執行董事施曉越、總經理邵夕吾等相關領導出席，共同見證這一重要時刻。

該船由瑞典FKAB 設計，入級 DNV船級社，在公司室內船臺建造。該船為冰區1A級，設計18個獨立貨艙，各項性能均達到全球領先水平；特別是在環保減排方面，船舶配備了SCR、甲醇預留、風帆預留、6600伏高壓岸電、軸帶發電機等先進技術，滿足Tier III排放標準。

ESSBERGER作為德國百年航運企業集團，在化學品運輸領域占據領先地位，業績遍布全球。目前，潤邦海洋已成功承接13,000DWT雙相不銹鋼化學品船系列船建造訂單，彰顯ESSBERGER對潤邦海洋建造實力的高度認可。

開工儀式上，潤邦股份總裁吳建發表致辭，他強調ESSBERGER是潤邦股份重要的合作伙伴，化學品船是雙方深度合作的標桿項目，公司定會全力以赴推進該船的各項工作確保完美履約，努力向船東交付一艘“放心船、精品船、滿意船”。船東Caroline von Rantzau女士也在致辭中，對潤邦海洋在船舶建造領域展現出的專業精神給予了充分肯定，并對項目未來助力海洋經濟發展寄予希望。

On Nov. 21st, 2025, ROC held a grand steel cutting ceremony in Qidong for ESSBERGER 13,000 DWT duplex stainless steel chemical tanker. Attendees included shipowners Mrs. Patricia von Rantzau and Ms. Caroline von Rantzau, Johan Isaksen (Managing Director and GM), Safa Ismail and Preben Rasmussen (Managing director of Link Marine), Ge Yilong (General Manager of DNV Nantong Station), Martin Wu (President of RAINBOWCO), Shi Xiaoyue (Executive Director of ROC), and Shao Xiwu (General Manager of ROC), among other dignitaries, who collectively witnessed this milestone.

Designed by FKAB and classed by DNV, the vessel is being constructed at ROC’s indoor slipway. It holds Ice Class 1A certification and features 18 independent cargo tanks, with overall performance reaching world-leading levels. Especially in terms of environmental protection and emission reduction, it is equipped with advanced technologies such as SCR, methanol-ready system，WAPS ready, 6,600V high-voltage shore power, and a shaft generator, meeting Tier III emission standards.

ESSBERGER is a centenary German shipping group, holding a leading position in the chemical transportation sector with a global business footprint. ROC has successfully secured the series order for the 13,000 DWT duplex stainless steel chemical tankers, demonstrating ESSBERGER’s high recognition of ROC’s construction capabilities.

At the ceremony, RAINBOWCO's president Mr. Martin Wu delivered a speech. He emphasized that ESSBERGER is a key partner of RAINBOWCO group, and the chemical tanker project is a benchmark for in-depth cooperation between the two parties. He pledged to ensure flawless execution and strive to deliver a reliable, high-quality, and satisfactory vessel to the shipowner. Shipowner Ms. Caroline von Rantzau commended ROC’s professionalism and expressed optimism about the project’s contribution to maritime economic growth.
